This was a really fun thing to do. It was also really encouraging because some of the quotes are really inspiring and really have a meaning behind them. It was such a funny idea and I love the phrase “May the 4th be with you.”

Star Wars is one of America’s biggest entertainment successes. Although it is not as popular in modern times, it is nice to see that kids our age are continuing the tradition of honoring it. It was a creative and visual idea where they could choose their favorite quote from Star Wars. This was a nice idea!

The thing I love about this gallery is that students are allowed to show their star wars geek side. In many cases, especiallly in this day and age, when one references star wars, they are considered nerds and geeks. On this day, everyone could say anything and not be made fun of. That is probably the best thing. And even though the biggest nerds are always found, they can at least not be made fun of one or two days of the year. Also, Star Wars is the biggest movie series lately, and it can be quite educational. Take away the lightsabers and the travelling through the universe, and you have quotes like the ones listed that highlight moral struggles that can be interpreted into this world and real life situations.

On May 4th, I cannot count how many times Star Wars was referenced. Even though I was a fan when I was younger, I was a little rusty on quotes. The abundance of quotes shown here will prepare me for next year and life itselft, because Star Wars would not have its own day if it was not just that awesome.

With the world spinning so fast these days, it is great to see that individuals are stopping to smell the roses and enjoy life. With the more comedic mood of this section, it keeps TRN in touch with its readers by creating somewhat of a personal connection between them. It shows that the writers and editors are people with a sense of humor too. Good job with the celebration of Star Wars Day!

There are many interesting ways to express ideas, but using Star Wars quotes is especially strange. Conveying messages through phrases used in the famous film series is great as it is familiar to most readers. It is also hilarious, which is a pretty good point as well.

TRN does great stories and works very hard, but sometimes you just have to have a little fun. Things like this keep our newspaper personal! This is such a good idea and looks like so much fun to do!

I feel like this was a very creative way to tell the story rather than just writing an article. I also like the idea to take pictures with the mask with the quotes. This is just a very cool idea.

I think this is really cool! It shows that even though TRN works hard, they still have fun. Instead of just simply writing an article, they did something different to celebrate the article. Kudos to being creative, TRN!
