On Thurs., May 5th the PG Players will present Rogers and Hammerstein’s play Some Enchanted Evening at 7:30 PM. Other performances will be held on Friday and Saturday at 7:30 PM as well.
Students began rehearsing in February for the spring musical which will involve a medley of the best songs from Rogers and Hamerstein’s musicals. There are 23 songs including “Do Rey Me”, “Nothing Like A Dame'”, and “Oh What A Beautiful Morning”.
The premise of the show is that a group of students is preparing for the show in act one. During act two the plot includes the performance of the show.
Director Daryl Phillips is managing this group of actors and Assistant Director Beth Houlihan is in charge of the group working behind the scenes on tech.
