The last interim report cards are distributed on Wednesday this week and honors night will take place one week from Monday in the PGHS auditorium. Here is your rundown for the week.

Senior DECA members please stop by room B1 to receive information on our final senior only field trip May 19 and to order your DECA graduation cords. 

DECA is currently taking applications for 2017-2018 officers please see Mrs. Beales in room B1 for more information.The DECA officer experience is about exploring your options, discovering new paths and experiencing opportunities you never knew existed. With DECA, the possibilities for success are limitless.

All current and newly elected SGA members (including class officers and senators) are reminded to attend our last meeting Wednesday, May 10 in the LMC after school. Wear your shirts and bring your items to donate to the fire victims.

Any females interested in playing field hockey this fall should plan to attend a brief interest meeting on Wednesday, May 10th at 2:45 in trailer 1.  All rides should be at the high school by 3:10.  If you have any questions, please see Coach Roberts.

The library is finally adding history and geography books to the free book cart. Stop by the library and see if anything fits your interests.

Prince George High School is proud to announce that we will host former college coach Mike Dunlevy from NCSA Next College Student Athlete for his presentation: “College Recruiting Simplified.” The event is on Monday, May 8th at 7pm in the auditorium. The seminar is free to all students and their families. Dunlevy will guide parents and student-athletes through the importance of establishing athletic and academic goals, setting realistic expectations and seeking opportunities at all college and division levels.

The Key Club is selling Butter Braids from May 1-12th.  Please stop by D-12 to pick up an order form from Mrs. Cashing!

Seniors, if you have received any scholarships, college acceptance letters, or military/employment acceptance letters, please turn in a copy of that information to the guidance office by May 15th.

The Senior Bash will take place on June 15th from 7-11pm in the Commons. Tickets are $8 and are on sale in Room A32 after 5th block on ODD days until May 31st. It is a time to hang out with your peers and teachers one last time.
