On Saturday, December 3rd, the Prince George Holiday Parade took place at 3 PM. Dance groups, boy scouts, the PGHS Marching Band, JROTC, and many more participated.
As usual the special guest himself, Santa Claus, made an appearance at the close of the parade. Prince George citizens came out and lined Courthouse Drive to witness the event.
“I’ve been in the Christmas Parade for years so it was really fun and I enjoy it a lot,” junior Katie Helm said.
Others also enjoyed the experience.
“It was really fun, I like performing in front of people and seeing their smiles,” junior India Richardson said.
