On Wednesday, January 13th, the varsity wrestling team had the first and only home wrestling match of the season. To honor this lone home match, the seniors were recognized before the game.
In the opening match against Bird, the Royals defeated the Skyhawks 61-9. In the second match the Royals defeated Hopewell by only losing one contest. Their record now is 16-4. They are only three wins aways from tieing the all time record that was set last year for wins in a season.
