I believe that how you act in a crisis shows who you really are. It is easy to be positive and support everyone when everything is going great, but when the odds are against you is when you find out who you really are. To have a successful team, you must have a unit that is full of people who are of good character even when things are going badly.
Adversity always reveals what kind of a person someone really is because it exposes their true intentions with whatever they are doing. This is why it is so hard for us to find that feeling of team unity in today’s society. Everyone has their own agenda because of the promotion of individualism.
With all of this said, it is evident that it is very hard in this day and time for people to stay true to their values in the face of adversity, therefore, when it comes about, it shows everyone’s true colors.
